Haraprasad Chanda ( Founder )
Hara prasad Chanda, is a MBA professional having 10 years of experience, starting his career as a banking professional in HDFC Limited . He left the job and stated career as owner of property management and investment in real estate company.
Rachita Chanda ( Managing Director)
She is graduated from Kolkata University and started career as a business owner and entrepreneurs . She covers a range of activities as suppliers and dealers of no of products (i.e. Main supplier of Rice to KISS in the name of SHYAMCHAND SUPPLIERS), owner of property management firm .She joined the company as managing director to enable strategic decision making for investor , clients and stakeholders within the company
Chitta Ranjan Jena(Director)
He is graduated from Utkal University as commerce Graduate, &MBA (Finance). He has 15 years of experience, worked as a project manager in a real estate company and has executed numbers of successful housing and commercial project in Odisha under his leadership.He left the previous companyand joined as a director to this company.He is responsible for steering the business into current position.

It has large multiplier effect on the economy and therefore big driver of economic growth.Presently contributing 6-7% to the country’s total Gross Domestic Product (GDP), real estate sector in India is expected to reach a market size of $1 trillion by 2030 and contribute 13% to the country’s GDP by 2025, according to India Brand Equity Foundation (IBEF) recent report. Not onlydoes it generate a high level of direct employment but also stimulate the demand over 250 ancillary industries such as cement , steel ,paint ,bricks , building material , consumer durable and so on.
In the state like us in ODISHA , the state government has set target of building more than 50 000 affordable house by 2024.

Shyamchand Builders Private Limited is currently carrying out work in and around Bhubaneswar and suburb , we have currently have residential housing project underway in Phulnakhara to Niali at mouza -Bhimpur , PS -Balianta ,Dist -Khurdha Near -Kalyaniheight housing project . A complete residential housing project Known as “UDYAYEEN” being approved by the Bhubaneswar Development Authority and registered under Odisha Real-estate Regulatory Authority.
